1) What this is
The Silent Sanctuary is an artistic, reflective project delivered as a living book (“Gates”), companion materials (e.g., booklet), and a forthcoming private portal. It is a place for resonance, meaning-making, and creative inquiry.
2) What this is not
The Sanctuary is not therapy, medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on this site or in related materials should be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for your choices and pace. Keep your sovereignty.
3) Access & purchases
Some materials are free (e.g., Gate I chapters). Other materials or memberships may be paid via third-party providers (e.g., Gumroad). Those providers’ terms and refund policies apply to your transactions. We do not store your card data on this site.
4) Living Mirror (user submissions)
If you share text via the Living Mirror form, you affirm you have the right to share it, and that it does not contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. You grant us a non-exclusive right to host and display your submission on the site (if we choose to feature it). We may moderate or remove submissions at our discretion.
5) Membership
Memberships (if offered) provide ongoing access to evolving features (e.g., Living Pulse, Soul Letters, portal access when live). Features may change over time. You can cancel future renewals with the payment provider at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6) Blessings & donations
Blessings (including Monero payments) are voluntary offerings that support the Sanctuary. They are not purchases of goods or services and are generally non-refundable. If you sent a blessing in error, reach out and we’ll do our best to help within the limits of the payment rail used (note: cryptocurrency is typically irreversible).
7) Intellectual property
All texts, designs, graphics, and assets on this site are © Silent Sanctuary (or respective rights-holders where credited). You may not copy, repost, or distribute proprietary content without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution and link back.
8) Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site. No attacks, scraping, spam, or attempts to disrupt services. Don’t upload or transmit anything illegal or harmful. We may restrict access for violations.
9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and materials are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. In any case, our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for access to the specific material at issue (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11) Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new offerings or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll adjust the “Last updated” date above.
